Newgrange: Kerbstone number 52
This photograph was taken before the recent major 'restoration'
of Newgrange.
The stone is at the opposite side of the tumulus to the entrance-stone,
with a similar division in its pattern on either side of a vertical line
which is itself in alignment with the western edge of the first stone of the
surrounding circle, the vertical line of the entrance stone,
and the passage into the tumulus.
